You can request deletion of your Perso account or related personal data. Your request will be processed within 90 days.
Who can submit a request?
Employees using the Perso mobile app, former employees or people whose account/data relationship can be verified may submit a request.
How do I request deletion?

What data is deleted?
Direct account, contact, profile and mobile device identifiers are deleted or anonymized.
What data may be retained?
Timesheets, payroll, leave, advances and audit logs may be retained for legal, security or employer record obligations.
Employer/company records note
Some accounts are created by employers. Requests are reviewed together with the company’s data controller obligations.
Processing time
Your account deletion request has been received. It will be processed within 90 days.
Legal retention note
Some records may be anonymized and retained for legal or operational reasons.
